Lobster Bisque recipe

Lobster Bisque

4 servings, 1 cup each

1/2 of a small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups milk
1 package (8 ounces) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked lobster
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons dry sherry

COOK and stir onion in butter in medium saucepan until tender.

ADD milk and cream cheese; cook until cream cheese is completely melted, stirring occasionally.

STIR in remaining ingredients; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Size It Up: Enjoy a serving of this rich and indulgent soup on a cold winter day!

Great Substitute:
Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese.
