Apple Enchiladas

1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup water

Spoon pie filling onto tortillas; sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up tortillas and arrange seam-side down in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking pan.

Combine butter, sugars and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Pour mixture evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Makes 6.
