Horseradish Sauce for Sandwiches recipe

This sauce is quick and easy to put together, and pairs well with roast beef, corned beef, or pastrami. It can be put to use as a quick dip for chips or vegetables, too.

Horseradish Sauce for Sandwiches recipe

Yield: 8 servings

1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper, or to taste

Combine all the ingredients, cover, and refrigerate until needed. Sauce will stay good in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Yield: 8 servings, about 2 heaping tablespoons each.
