Tomato Soup Bars

1 can tomato soup
1/2 soup can water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup raisins
2 teaspoons allspice
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 16 x 20-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Frost with confectioners' sugar icing or cream cheese icing.
