Quick Bread Biscotti (Breadscotti)

Quick Bread Biscotti can be made from any fruit, nut or fruit and nut quick bread as long as the bread has not been frosted.

Instructions

  1. Make your favorite quick bread recipe. Let cool completely.
  2. Slice about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Set a rack over a cookie sheet. Arrange the bread slices in a single layer on the rack.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until almost crisp (they'll finish crisping as they cool).

Notes

This recipe is not recommended for quick bread that has been frosted.
