3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried cherries or cranberries
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 12 x 7 1/2-inch glass baking dish with
nonstick cooking spray.
Melt chocolate and butter together in bowl over simmering water in saucepan.
Stir until smooth.
