Chocolate Filled Snowdrops
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 (5 3/4 ounce) package chocolate kisses
- Confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- Beat butter, sugar and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Add sifted flour; blend well. Chill dough.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Remove foil from kisses. Shape dough around kisses, using about a tablespoon of dough for each. Roll into balls, making sure to cover the kisses completely.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 minutes or until set not brown.
- Cool slightly on wire rack.
- Roll in confectioners' sugar while warm.
