Pink Raspberry Coconut Puffs
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup egg whites
- 1 (3 ounce) box raspberry gelatin
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut
Instructions
- Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Beat egg whites until frothy.
- Mix sugar and gelatin and slowly add to whites and beat until stiff.
- Slowly add coconut.
- Drop by teaspoonsful onto an ungreased cookie sheet, and bake for about 25 minutes.
