Cat Poop Cookies

These are great to bring to a kids birthday party, or even a Halloween party.

1/2 cup honey
2 cups flour
2/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup cocoa (may want to use 1/2 cup)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Grape Nuts Cereal

Microwave honey on high until bubbly (about 1 minute). Add margarine. Mix. Add egg and mix well. Mix all other ingredients, except cereal. Chill 1 hour in freezer or several hours in fridge.

Roll dough into assorted shapes of cat poop. Roll in cereal. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Serve in new litter box on a bed of Grape Nuts. Use a new litter scoop to remove.

Gingerbread Cat Poop Cookies:
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 1/3 cups flour
2/3 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon each ginger and cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves

Follow chocolate directions, except when you add margarine. to bubbling honey, and add molasses.
