Cinnamon sticks
Ribbon
Small baskets or other containers, if desired
Gather small bunches of cinnamon sticks. Fasten them with long strands of
ribbon, and attach them to the boughs of your Christmas tree with generous bows
fashioned of the same ribbon. As these are a little heavy, attach the bows close
enough to the trunk so that the branches don't droop.
Larger bunches of cinnamon sticks can be placed in baskets or fancy glass
bowls, piled on the mantel like a stack of logs, clustered like a corn shock,
or included in the centerpiece of a festive table.
