Hugs Heating Pad

Pure cotton fabric
Hard corn (from feed store) or rice

Cut two squares of fabric - size desired. Sew all around the squares with right sides together, leaving a small opening to fill. Turn right-side out. Fill the bag with hard corn or rice, then sew up the opening.

To use, microwave the pad, and you have a portable heating pad.

NOTE: dried citrus peel bits or spices can be added to the corn or rice.
