Hot Cheesy Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can crab meat, flaked
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cut cheeses into small pieces. Combine cheeses and milk in a greased crockette.
  2. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Add wine and crab meat. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
  4. Serve with wheat crackers.
