Old Fashioned Bean Soup recipe

2/3 cup dry great northern beans, soaked
    overnight and drained
2 cups water
1/4 cup chopped ham
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small bay leaf

Put all ingredients in crockette. Cover and cook for 10-12 hours.
