Vegetable Beef Soup recipe

1 pound beef shanks
1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes
1 carrot, sliced
1 small onion, diced
1 stalk celery, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 beef bouillon cube
Water

Place all ingredients in crockette. Add water to barely cover. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook for 10 to 16 hours.
