Easy Beef Hash

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 cups cooked beef, cut-up
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup gravy or beef broth salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker; cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
