Easy Beef Hash
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 cups cooked beef, cut-up
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup gravy or beef broth salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker; cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
