Shipwreck in the Crockpot
1 1/2 pounds browned ground beef
2 (15 ounce) cans sliced new potatoes. drained
1 can golden mushroom soup
2 tablespoons minced dried onion or 1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream-style corn
1 cup frozen corn
Salt and pepper, to taste
Place 1 can of potatoes in the crock pot; add meat and onion. Next, layer
with corn, then the remaining can of potatoes. Spoon mushroom soup over the
top. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8
hours.
Serves 4 to 6.
