1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut into strips
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large onion, sliced
2 green bell peppers, sliced
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
1 (10 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons molasses
3 tablespoons soy sauce
10 ounces frozen French-cut green beans
Put steak, flour, salt and pepper in crock pot. Stir well to coat meat with flour. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to LOW and cook for another 8 hours.
Serve over rice.
