Apple-Cranberry Pork Chops

Serve these easy-to-make Apple-Cranberry Pork Chops over hot cooked white rice with a green salad and a dinner roll.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 3/4 cup applesauce

Instructions

  1. Place pork chops in greased 2 to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.
  2. Spread cranberry sauce over the top.
  3. Pour in applesauce.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH heat for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Serve over hot cooked white rice with a green salad and a dinner roll.
