Country Ribs and Sauerkraut
Ingredients
- 12 ounces sauerkraut
- Brown sugar to taste
- 1 to 2 pounds country style ribs
Instructions
- Place the ribs into a slow cooker.
- Sweeten the sauerkraut to taste with the brown sugar.
- Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
