Country Ribs and Sauerkraut
12 ounces sauerkraut
Brown sugar to taste
1 to 2 pounds country style ribs
Place the ribs in a crock pot. Sweeten the sauerkraut to taste with the brown
sugar. Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
