Cranberry Pork Roast II recipe

1 (3 to 4 pound) pork roast*
1 cup ground or finely chopped cranberries
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper

* Boneless or pork loin roast may be used.

Sprinkle the roast with salt and pepper. Place in a crock pot.

Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over the roast. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

Yields 6 to 8 servings.
