Easiest Pork Roast

1 cup water
1/4 cup wine
1 onion, halved
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 to 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

May add brown sugar just before serving.
