Creamy Italian Chicken Breasts
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for at least 6 hours.
- Shred the chicken, and serve over pasta or rice.
