Souper Chicken
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup wine
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Rice for serving
Instructions
- In small bowl blend together, lemon juice, celery salt, pepper and
paprika.
- Rub this over the chicken and then place the chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl blend together the soups and wine and pour over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
