3 large chicken breasts
1 (12 ounce) jar salsa (red or green)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro*Tel
1 cup grated cheese
1 chopped onion
Sliced black olives
2 tablespoons tapioca
Flour tortillas
Cut chicken into strips. Combine all ingredients except tortillas in
crockpot. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Spoon onto warmed tortillas. Top with
some shredded Mexican cheese if desired
