Pineapple Salsa Chicken
6 skinless chicken breasts
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can black beans (do not drain)
1 (32 ounce) jar mild or medium chunky style salsa
Place chicken breasts in crock pot; add remaining ingredients. Cook on LOW
for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with warm tortillas and hot cooked rice.
Leftovers make wonderful burritos!
