5 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup scallions, thinly sliced
1 cup frozen peas
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Combine all ingredients in crock pot, mixing thoroughly. Cover, and cook
on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
