Vegetable Pasta Salad

1 pound tri-color rotini pasta (or your choice), cooked
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped

Dressing:
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon Accent
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper

Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over pasta and vegetables. Let set several hours or overnight.

Serves about 30.
