Broccoli Casserole
10 pounds frozen broccoli, uncooked
2 (50 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
10 cups raw rice
2 (50 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
3 pounds sliced or shredded processed cheese
Spread broccoli in roaster, steam table pans or 6 casseroles. Sprinkle rice
over top. Spoon on mushroom soup, then chicken soup. Top with sliced or shredded
processed cheese.
Bake covered at 325 degrees F for 2 hours.
Serves 65.
