- Arrange slices in rows across pan with fat edges slightly overlapping lean edges.
- Bake at 375 degrees F*, without turning, for 20 to 25 minutes until bacon is slightly crisp. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
- Drain or skim off excess fat at needed.
- Drain thoroughly on paper towels.
- Allows 3 slices per serving. Reduce bacon by pounds for 2 slices per person.

* For a convection oven use at 325 degrees F.
