Ingredients

  • 15 pounds potatoes, pared
  • Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes.
  2. When cooked, add the salt, parsley and butter. Shake to cover the potatoes with the butter and parsley.
