Rhubarb Pancake Dessert

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup pancake mix
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3-4 cups cut-up rhubarb

Mix ingredients and put into a 9-inch square pan.

Top Layer:
3 /4 cup pancake mix
2 /3 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup butter, melted

Blend first three ingredients until crumbly and put on top of rhubarb mixture. Drizzle butter over top. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
