Sieve the berries to remove the seeds. you can make this frozen yogurt in
your refrigerator freezer instead of an ice cream maker, but expect a slightly
icier product.
Serves: 6

or 1 (16 1/2 ounce) can blackberries , drained
1/3 to 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin

In a food processor bowl process berries till smooth. Press through sieve;
discard seeds. Stir berry puree, yogurt, orange peel, and orange juice into
gelatin mixture.
