1 envelope Kool-Aid, unsweetened, any flavor
1 cup granulated sugar
3 cups milk
In a large bowl, dissolve Kool-Aid and sugar in milk mixture (it may appear
curdled). Pour into a shallow nonmetal container and freeze for about 2 hours
or until partially firm.
Spoon into a large chilled bowl and beat with and electric mixer on medium
speed, until smooth but not melted. Freeze until firm.
Make about 6 servings.
