Sherbet and Sorbet Recipes
Kool-Aid Sherbet
1 cup granulated sugar
1 package unsweetened Kool-Aid
3 cups milk
Dissolve sugar and Kool-Aid in milk. Pour into freezer tray. Freeze until
mushy.
Spoon into mixer bowl; beat until smooth. Return to freezer tray. Freeze
for at least 2 hours.
Yields 5 to 6 servings.
