Lemonade Sherbet
Yield: 2 quarts
Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate*
- 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
- 5 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Whip evaporated milk until it is stiff and will hold a peak.
- Add can of frozen concentrate and food coloring; whip until well blended.
- Turn at once into ice cube trays and freeze.
Notes
* Frozen orangeade concentrate may be substituted for the lemonade concentrate if desired.
