Apricot Filling
Ingredients
- 1 pound dry apricots
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup drained, crushed pineapple (optional)
Instructions
- Cover apricots with water. Boil until soft.
- Drain and grind or use food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Cool.
