Cottage Cheese Filling recipe

1 pound dry cottage cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup white raisins, soaked and drained

Mix all ingredients well.

NOTE: Other flavorings that may be added: 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon almond flavoring, 1 teaspoon lemon rind or 1/8 teaspoon mace
