Fruit Smoothies
This smoothie is low in fat yet flavorful. Frozen unsweetened
strawberries and bananas provide the refreshing coolness and thicken the
orange juice and yogurt mixture. Equal provides the sweetness.
1 cup orange juice
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 frozen banana*
1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
1/4 cup Equal Spoonful**
*Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag, seal
and freeze at least 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
**May substitute 6 packets Equal sweetener
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
