Chocolate Cinnamon Fondue

Yield: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and chocolate. Whisk in flour until blended; cook for 1 minute, stirring.
  2. Remove from heat, then blend in cinnamon.
  3. Pour into fondue dish; keep warm.
  4. If not used immediately, place heavy duty plastic wrap on surface of container.

Notes

Suggested dippers: bananas, strawberries, oranges, pound cake.
