Grilled Pork Chops with Peachy Horseradish Sauce

8 pork chops, thick cut
1/2 cup peach preserves
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons heavy grained mustard

Stir together all ingredients except pork. Grill the chops over medium heat basting with the peach sauce. Turn the chops half way through the cooking process. This will take about 8 to 10 minutes.

Peachy Horseradish Sauce:
1 cup peach preserves
2 tablespoons horseradish, freshly grated if available
1 tablespoons lemon juice

Stir together and drizzle over the cooked pork.

Serves 8.
