Marinated Flank Steak

Unflavored meat tenderizer
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 flank steak

Sprinkle tenderizer on steak.

Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, oil, ketchup and onion.

Place meat in marinade in either a gallon size zip-type bag or Tupperware dish. Marinate at least 4 hours. After grilling, slice thin on bias.
