1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons seasoning blend
8 ears corn, husks and silk removed
About 35 minutes before serving, prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing.
Mix butter and seasoning blend. Spread each ear of corn evenly with 1 tablespoon
seasoned butter. Wrap each ear tightly in heavy-duty foil. Grill over medium
coals 30 minutes, turning often.
Makes 8 servings.
