Makes: 12 servings
2 pints strawberries (4 cups)
2/3 cup plain yogurt
2/3 cup loosely packed brown sugar
1. Rinse and dry strawberries, but do not hull.
2. Place strawberries in serving bowl. Place yogurt and brown sugar in 2 separate bowls. To eat, dip strawberries into yogurt, then into brown sugar.
Has your brown sugar turned into a rock? Seal it in a resealable plastic food-storage bag with an apple wedge for a day or two, and it will soften right up!
Variation: Spice up your brown sugar by stirring in a little cinnamon.

Brown Sugar Strawberries
