Water
Suspend manure in a burlap bag in a 55-gallon metal drum three-quarters filled with water for 3 to 4 days. Keep the drum covered to control odors. Remove the burlap bag.
To use, dilute the "tea" to half strength with water and spray on plants, or apply directly on soil. The solid manure in the bag can be used as you normally would use it for your garden.
