Millet and Sweet White Rice Flour Waffles recipe

1 cup millet flour
3/4 cup sweet white rice flour
1 1/2 cups skim milk or milk substitute

Mix above and refrigerate for 12 to 48 hours.

When ready to make waffles add in:

2 eggs or 1 tablespoon egg replacer and 4 tablespoons warm water, well mixed
2 tablespoons Gerber’s baby applesauce
2 teaspoons aluminum free baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Stir well and pour 1/4 cup of batter per waffle square. Bake for 5 minutes in waffle iron.
