Dill Pickle Gravy recipe

1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 dill pickles, grated fine
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 cups stock or water

Blend flour and butter and brown over low heat. Add liquid and beat smooth. Add dill pickle and sour cream. Beat until smooth. Season to taste.
