4 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice

12 minutes, turning once. Serve with Spicy Dipping Sauce.

2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
