Sticky Jalapeño and Cherry Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 pound Foster Farms Simply Raised™ Free Range Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- Juice of 1 lime (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup sweet cherries, stemmed and pitted (about 6 ounces)
- 2 jalapeños, stemmed and thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine lime juice, honey, olive oil, cherries, jalapeños and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Place chicken in a shallow dish and pour marinade over chicken thigh, turn to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate while you heat the grill. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to overnight.
- Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip back into the dish.
- Grill chicken thighs until cooked through completely, turning once, about 15 minutes total.
- Serve immediately with rice and a green salad.
