Pumpkin Patch Bread
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
Pecans, chopped
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 3 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
In a separate bowl combine eggs, oil, water and pumpkin. Mix well. Stir into
dry ingredients. Pour into prepared loaf pans. Top with pecans. Bake for 1 hour.
