Green Monster Cupcakes

Makes: 2 dozen or 24 servings, one cupcake each

1 package (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
8 drops green food coloring
1 piece black string licorice (4 feet)
72 jelly beans

PREPARE cake mix as directed on package for cupcakes; cool completely.

STIR green food coloring into whipped topping. Spoon into large resealable plastic bag. Cut a small zigzag hole in one bottom corner of the bag.

SQUEEZE long lines of whipped topping on tops of the cupcakes. Use 1-inch pieces of licorice for each antenna, and jelly beans for eyes and mouth.

Make it Easy
Prepare cake batter as directed; pour into large resealable plastic bag. Snip off one of the bottom corners of bag; squeeze batter into prepared baking cups. It’s much quicker and less messy than spooning the batter into cups.
